Terms and Conditions

We require credit card details for all reservations at Enjoy Albury.

A deposit equal to 1/3 of your total booking fee is required to secure the booking, with the remainder of the booking fee being payable prior to your arrival date and can be made via credit card or direct deposit (detail upon request).

Arrival is from 3pm onwards and departure is no later than 10am unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by the owner.

Any visitors that you may have can visit between 9am and 11pm. You are responsible for your visitors behaviour at all times.

Disturbances at the property including excessive late night noise is prohibited and may result in the termination of your booking.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave should any of the above conditions not be upheld, or if guests behaviour is deemed to be anti-social. No compensation will be offered if your stay is terminated due to poor behaviour and you will be required to pay for all damages to the property including breakages.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all bookings.

If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice a fee equal to 1/3 of your total booking fee will be charged.

“ No Show “ -  No refund.

Enjoy Albury reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund.
